About Michael Brule

After many years working in the computer IT field and website development, I decided to become involved in real estate, a long-time interest of mine. My past work experience taught me to be very detailed and precise. Whether it was helping someone resolve a technical issue, providing guidance on technology choices, or building a better product, I developed a true sense of what customer service means. Bringing that same work ethic with me into the real estate world, I believe you will find my style to be one of patience and understanding. Whether it is finding your dream home or selling your current one to move on to your next dream, I will listen to you. We will make it all happen and have some fun in the process.

I grew up in nearby Massachusetts and have lived in Rhode Island for the last twenty years. I currently reside on the East Side of Providence, and can point you to the many amenities the city has to offer. Since I am an avid explorer, I am very familiar with most areas outside of Providence as well, including the coastal communities of Bristol, Newport, and Westerly. 

 

My recent experience includes working with sellers and buyers regarding single and multi-family homes, lofts, etc. Likewise, I have had significant involvement in the rental market, dealing with both landlord and tenant issues. I have owned several condos and served on a board of one. As such, I am very familiar with both association and property management issues.

When not involved with real estate,e you might find me unwinding in different ways. Maybe at the gym lifting weights, or on the golf course enjoying the sunshine. I am fond of exploring the outdoors and maybe recapturing my youth with a little tennis or skiing. When it’s time to take a break, I might be hanging out with family or friends, perhaps meeting at some local pub to hoist a pint and maybe making new friends. All the while listening to all types of music, especially blues and country, particular favorites of mine.
