About Jodie Jordan

A lifelong New Englander with deep Rhode Island roots, Jodie brings a rare blend of local insight, technical expertise, and genuine care to every real estate transaction. Born and raised in Woonsocket and Burrillville, she has spent her life exploring the communities she now proudly serves. Today she calls Cranston’s historic Edgewood neighborhood home, where she enjoys restoring her 100-year-old house, gardening, and spending time with her family, Goldendoodle “Marley,” and her ever-entertaining chickens.

Jodie’s path to real estate began long before she became an agent. After earning a B.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Rhode Island, she purchased—and successfully sold—her first home in 2002, sparking a passion for real estate that would eventually lead to her career. Her love of older homes, New England architecture, and smart, functional design gives her buyers and sellers a valuable edge.

Before entering real estate, Jodie spent 15+ years as a Business Systems Analyst and Project Manager in IT. This experience developed her strongest professional assets: the ability to listen deeply, understand complex needs, anticipate issues before they arise, and guide clients with clarity and confidence. Her clients often remark that her calm presence, analytical mindset, and unwavering integrity make even the most stressful moments of a transaction feel manageable.
